We were very pleased with our stay - super central location in the redeveloped Harbourside area. The room suited us well for our city break, staff were polite and attentive and the breakfasts set us up for the day! The discount for parking in the adjacent Millennium car park was an added bonus!

No ealry check in for Accor memebers, when I arrived they said my paymeny wasnot made,though I had previously received their confirmation

I booked a room on 4th Jan and when I arrived the staff said I did not pay. I got theyir email on 5th Jan,see underneath. A staffmember Teitiana sent me a message on 5th Jan. I was nervous during the whole stay until Tiago came,he was very patient and helful. I wanted to spekanto teitiana but they said she took time off,however,I saw a maid whose name was exacly the same. I arrived early and I had to carry my bag until 3 pm because there was no early check in for Accor members . Good morning, Maya! I just want to let you know that yesterday’s payment through the payment link has been approved.
