Very friendly staff and a warm reception on arrival. Clean and tidy room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bar stayed open til 2am on a Monday night which was handy for when we returned from a gig at 11pm. Super comfy bed, blackout curtains and sound proofing made for a lovely relaxing sleep after a busy day. Very good breakfast the following morning with a wide variety and choice of tasty food. Also got a discount on the car park! What’s not to like! Couldn’t get over just how friendly all the staff were; it made for such a nice experience. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Thank you

Location, staff and room all good. Kettle not working but I only reported this on departure. Buffet breakfast good but not enough tables opened up for number of diners - please expand roped off area. Discount on parking vey good, and car park safe. Would stay again.
