Could have done with more towels - no hands towels supplied and bath towels were very tired and flat

Great location, lovely welcoming staff but the room was small for two sharing a twin and the 'bathroom' (plastic module thing?) was tiny with no ventilation at all and there were little black hairs in the shower from previous guests. Breakfast area not big enough and generally a bit chaotic. Your staff are great and are a real asset to your brand otherwise.

Well located and confident, however the room as a whole felt it could do with updating, the bathroom door was barely closable and the light switches felt like one too hard press would break them. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel as a whole did feel clean. But the room itself could do with some work.

Like that there are no carpets, but room heating isn’t great. Blows clod air, even with the thermostat set at 25 degrees. Breakfast is fairly basic.
