We had two very spacious rooms which were great as we had three dogs with us. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. A lovely welcome on arrival.

We were very pleased with the quality of the room for the price, especially being able to bring our pup with us. The staff was always lovely and helpful and the location was superb. The only improvement that I could mention would be to provide reusable mugs/cups in the rooms rather than non recyclable plastic water cups or plastic lined paper coffee cups to help reduce unnecessary waste in landfills. Or alternatively, perhaps you could provide the option for guests to use the coffee machine in the lobby used for breakfast all day and provide milk/sugar in bulk to reduce waste or potentially no longer need to provide sugar/cups/coffee/tea/milk/spoons/kettles in the individual rooms.

Really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy and came at a nice price. Staff very welcoming and we got a reduced price for the Car Park, which we didn’t expect. Would definitely use Ibis chain again

The Spanish lady on reception was lovely, warm and helpful. However it took a while as she was the only one working. There was nobody working in the lobby to ask a basic question. I had to meet someone so just came in to pop my bag so I could check in later. However I couldn’t find anyone to do this so had to queue for 40 minute to just check in anyway. With track and trace information also being requested it makes no sense there was only one staff member on reception with 10 people in line. Alternatively allow people to provide this information before checking in. Otherwise the room was fine and did the job. Just the first initial experience left me with a negative view straight away
