Your desk manager is great and the addition of the mattress toppers has made a hugely positive difference to the beds. However, breakfast could have done with a bit of attention to detail. The scrambled eggs are awful and the bacon was barely cooked and cold. I would encouragae the use of real eggs rather than pre-mixed out of the carton variety.

Dirty bathroom and doubtful cleaning

My stay in this Ibis was okay thanks to the nice staff. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival and even after complaining it was not cleaned thoroughly. Rooms are larger than average ibis. Bed was hard.

Large room, very cold when I initially entered but the heating worked well when switched on. Comfortable, clean but dated, needs a bit of TLC (tender loving care). Breakfast was alright but the milk jug was cracked and chipped beyond belief! Cutlery the cheapest, nastiest style I ever have ever encountered in a hotel of any description. In contrast the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The beer was great, but this is Belgium!

bathroom was not cleaned and very dirty. Poor breakfast compared to Ibis Waterloo, Ibis Antwerp, Ibis La Defense Paris, Ibis Clichy Paris, Ibis Linz, Ibis Vienna... One same person in the afternoon is at the reception, at the bar, cleaning the room , doing all needed ...this cant be a Service of a 3 star Hotel.. Previpus time a was there the Situation was the same, I dont think I will go again, even I am every second week in the neigbourhood, pity.

Booked with our Accor loyalty card. This was not recognised therefore no welcome drink and we are not convinced we were given any discount. We made the mistake of saying that we did not need a printed invoice on checking out, but this was the most expensive of the hotels we used on our journey down from UK to Slovakia and back. Not really sure what we paid for. Our fault.

I checked your reservation and your invoice and I can ensure you there is no mistake on your invoice. The room costed 77,90 as in your booking but you also took the breakfast (15 € per person) and the car park cost 10 €. So the price you paid is right. I will send you in a second mail a copy of this invoice. Regarding the welcome drink, I'm terribly sorry about that oversight. As I'm not able repair this, I will add 100 points in your loyalty card. The hotel was just right. Reasonable cost, good breakfasts, a little tricky to get to since the GPS tried to use the Ring Road. We opted to use the no-"maid"-service option and liked that. The staff was very friendly and the secure parking was easy, though I was not certain from the website what the parking situation was.

Difficult to acces by car

The roadworks outside Mons were horrible and by the time we got on the right road the sat nav was saying turn right when in fact we needed to be on the far left to takwe the slip road to the road that runs in front of the hotel. Once there everything was very good.

This IBIS hotel is very well situated near teh city center and has a paking spacfe for the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was correct and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fruit.
