Beautiful Clean Hotel with exceptional, professional, courteous, and helpful staff. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The property is well connected with public transportation and other shops nearby. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Great stay as always with Accor. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. The personal in the reception is very helpful, especially the girl that I checked in with and Nena. I will definitely choose again this hotel when coming back.

Hotel room is fine. But they tell you twice what the check out time is, reserve an extra CHF 100 on your credit card without notice, and with 3 people behind the desk and 5 guests waiting in line, still 1 person is checking the guests in. Same when checking out. Not client friendly. Not recommendable.

Convenient comfortable and good value option close to city center. The rooms are very well appointed, quite spacious and comfy. The staff is very helpful. 15-min tram ride from Zurich main station. Car park is also available. Highly recommended.

- an expensive hotel room (the room itself very small) - room are not clean at all - an expensive Breakfast for nothing you pay CHF 25.-- - you do not even see what you have to choose from Breakfast, they give you the menu to choose - I do not recommend this hotel, for the same price you have many better hotel (it is my first experience with this Hotel), usually I have other hotels, but they were fully booked during my business travel - the German reception personal are bizarre and unwelcome (maybe he’s unhappy with he’s job, I strongly recommend him to change he’s job)

Dear Djebba, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear that where not happy with our hotel. We changed our breakfast offer since quite a while now, as buffets generate a good amount of food waste. In our A-La-Carte menu you can chose as much as you feel like, from just a coffee to set menus. The cleanlyness in our hotel is very important. Our staff works very hard to make sure that the rooms are impeccable. We would be more than happy to accommodate you again in the future. Best wishes Werner John Stoller
