Asked for extra pillows , Had To ask twice. First night could not get hot water to work inform the desk they said let the water run it will get hot that did not work got a little warm took a cold shower. Next day sent a man to fix the water still cold water it’s fixed told the desk no it’s not run longer I thought 30 minutes letting the water run was a little too long. Asked for a late check out was told the latest I could do for you sir was 12 o’clock. Desk called back and said oh your platinum member we can offer you longer at 12 o’clock I had already changed all my rides and everything no thank you you should know your guests won’t stay there again made a mistake staying there in the first place shame on me again and platinum member at fault.!!! I also forgot to mention I’ve had recent heart surgery which I do not need to explain to anybody when I check into a hotel but I asked for my bags to be taken to my room and the man moved him up four steps and said the elevator is over there wonderful service..

The hotel suited my purpose very well. Well located, in good distance where I had to go to our office and not too far from the centre, railway station etc. I also has a few restaurants, shops, Migros/Coop in the vicinity where one can buy some items. Value for money satisfactory. Will be happy to use this hotel again in future

Very well looked after by the hotel team but parking a costly problem.

Staff very helpful in accommodating a change to my plans but parking a problem - it seems this is not bookable at the hotel and I was directed to a Migros car park which was very expensive for a 2 night stay - 48 hours @ 2CHF = CHF96!!

Just returned from a long weekend in Zürich, staying at The Mercure Stoller Hotel, a hotel that consistently delivers. Highest standards always maintained and delivered. Hotel is in an excellent location, well serviced by the tram network and only a short distance from Zürich main train station. Very friendly professional helpful staff that are always courteous. Highly recommend this hotel.

I booked the Mercure Stoller Zurich on 1 March 2022 for a 3 night stay 19-22 March 2022. Due to a change in my travel plans I cancelled my stay on 5 March 2022. I have now been asked twice to review my experience of staying at the Mercure Stoller Zurich. This has caused to waste time reviewing my credit card accounts to ensure that I haven't been billed for a 'no-show'. BTW I am pleased to acknowledge good service when I receive it - such as during my current stay at the Mercure Madrid Centro.

Not worth the money

The Albisriederplatz is one of the six squares with the best public transportation infrastructure. With in sight we have more then 1000 Garage places for CHF 48.-- per day or CHF 7--/9.-- per hour. Our prices ar very competitive a breackfast price of 2.95 (10/100 price/value by CHF 29.50.--) is not realistic. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I returned earlier this week after a long weekend in Zürich, staying at the always welcoming Mercure Stoller Hotel. This hotel has the highest standards, friendly, professional, welcoming pleasant staff, who are most helpful. The hotel is only a short tram ride on the #3 tram from Zürich HB and the tram stop is seconds from the hotel. It is extremely well located, for access to Zürich city centre or for accessibility to Zürich Lake, which is also only a short tram ride on #2 tram, which is seconds away from the hotel. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel to any prospective visitors to Zürich and indeed look forward to my next break in Zürich when I shall return to the Mercure Stoller Hotel.

Warm water working badly

We have stayed at the Stoller Hotel many times and have never had cause to complain about anything. We will stay at the Stoller hotel on our next trip to Zurich and very much enjoy the a la carte breakfast instead of buffet.

As we stayed in Mercure Stoller Zurich several times before pandemic , we are familiar with this hotel. Travelling Zurich was our first international travel under pandemic conditions , we preferred to choose the hotel what we know best. Good to say that Mercure Stoller Zurich keeps standards as well as before. Cleean room and bathroom , friendly hotel staff , very good location !!! We definitely stay in Mercure Stoller when we visit Zurich again !!!

This was my second stay in the otel. It was again nice to stay here despite of the times so complex for any travel. The hotel staff made sure that the stay is as much pleasant as possible while observing COVID measures in force in Switzerland. I will be happy to come again.
