The room was clean, comfortable and had all amenities, with a coffee machine being very handy for the morning. The hotel is not far from the center, it is a good option for a short visit. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.

We were allowed to check in but not allowed to use their restaurant for dinner or breakfast because they did not accept our state issue Covid 19 certificates. They are issued by an EU member state but without QR code and as such we were confined to our room. Needless to say, we did not accept that and we still have not been reimbursed. Novotel Zurich West accepted our certificates and as such we checked in there instead. Crazy that one person in the hotel restaurant decided to reject us despite the reception accepting our paperwork. I would give this hotel a big miss.

I had a very cumbersome welcome, very problematic reception, untrusting towards customer. I asked for no cleaning but my room was cleaned anyways. Prices on booking are way less then I paid when booking with all Accor app even though I have a good status (and I should have the advantage being a member!)

Suitable hotel situated 30 min from City centrum. Close by is a bakery/conditorei and Migros. The only remark I have is that the hotel is situated on a busy round-abound and a room facing the street is a noise room at daytime.

I stayed only one night. The room was great, with nice amenities and despite facing towards the main street rather quiet. However both at the checkin and checkout the staff was rather unfriendly which puts the overall experience for the stay a bit down.

I only came back to this hotel because I accidentally booked for 2021 last year and was not able to chance/cancel this obviously accidental reservation. My previous bad experience has only been confirmed of not worsened. Only positive was the welcoming receptionist. The rooms are small, run-down, need refurbishing and most of all DIRTY! Windows don’t isolate the outside noise enough.

Everything was great. We especially had superb service from a Swiss woman who served us at breakfast each morning. I do not know her name. But she was fabulous.

As we stayed several times in Mercure Stoller Zurich before pandemic, we are familiar with this hotel. Traveling Zurich was the first international trip for us under pandemic conditions and we preferred to choose the hotel what we know best. Good to say that Mercure Stoller Zurich keeps their standards as well as before. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we definitely stay there when we visit Zurich again. Location is great and easy to move in Zurich , hotel staff is very friendly , clean rooms and bathrooms!!!

As we stayed in Mercure Stoller Zurich several times before pandemic , we are familiar with this hotel. Travelling Zurich was our first international travel under pandemic conditions , we preferred to choose the hotel what we know best. Good to say that Mercure Stoller Zurich keeps standards as well as before. Cleean room and bathroom , friendly hotel staff , very good location !!! We definitely stay in Mercure Stoller when we visit Zurich again !!!

All went extremely well. Everybody was very helpful and supportive. Nice atmosphere… only one remark the cost for parking is barefaced with 35CHF

It was a comfortable stay. Everything is just around the corner. I wish I could have a few more days to stay longer. A huge thank you to Ms. Ornella Cers who helped me with the rooms and etc. She assisted with a perfect time manner. It was very nice meeting her upon arrival and during our stay. We booked 2 rooms and got 1 room upgraded as per my Platinum benefits. I will definitely return.

This was my second stay in the otel. It was again nice to stay here despite of the times so complex for any travel. The hotel staff made sure that the stay is as much pleasant as possible while observing COVID measures in force in Switzerland. I will be happy to come again.

Location OK for our needs. Hotel a little tired. Reception staff on arrival were friendly Provided free bottles of water which isn't always standard and should be. Didn't change towels after 1st night Limited parking
