As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I visit beachfront Mercure Resort Sanur Bali on frequent basis and every time I visit the resort, together with my family, we receive exceptional service by all staff. We travel extensively around the world and I can truly say that this property is an excellent example of the highest level of service. From the General Manager, the Room Division Manager (Eka), front office staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone welcomes us with wide smiles and readiness to assist every way they can. I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit Bali and wanting to have a great stay.
