Everithing was nice , the beach is fantastic the hotel is so large with lots of tree which makes the air so fresh in the morning even there was rain for a few days but its okay, the room is clean and large. Ejoyed it so much !!!!

We arrived at the hotel late at night. Once checked in we were taken to our room. Not the one we booked and paid for 6months prior. Back to reception we went to be told we had been downgraded as the room we booked was unavailable. No mention of the downgrade when we originally checked in. To say we were angry was an understatement at 12pm night. After further discussions we were taken to a room and were told the manager would see us in the morning. The next morning discussions were had, we had to wait two days for an upgraded room to become available. If we had not complained I do not think we would have been upgraded and a refund option was not on the cards. They were apologetic and also provided two free meals. If the rooms are not ready then do not offer them for booking. We chose the executive room for size. The hotel is under going renovations after covid and half the resort is under construction. I would check rooms are available prior to booking. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated in a great area. With easy walking to restaurants and shops. Pool area had good sunloungers available. Room service was very slow. If you are hungry it would be quicker to go out. Our stay was nice in the end. We would probably chose another hotel next time.

Nadspolks TripAdvisor review

This is the 4th hotel we stayed during our Bali road trip. Been to Bali many many times but seldom to stay in Sanur area. We stayed during peak season (still in NY holiday vibes) and thought Sanur is best choice rather to other hype area. First experience stayed in Mercure Sanur. The room was spacious but need refurbishment. We had BBQ dinner at the restaurant even with limited menu but the taste are OK.
