room dirty with the rest of spoiled food , dirt in the bathroom. bathroom without soap and shampo and no towel. service not prepared the demand made on the site during the booking of the apartment. parking service where you expect a lot to be met

The hotel was a regular one; I mean it works for the basics of taking showers and sleeping and it is next to a huge mall so that's a plus. I did have problems with hot water the first couple days but then it worked out. the A/C wasn't working properly so heat wasn't an option despite of the "fresh/cold" weather. You can bring your own food into the hotel room and store it in the freezer (since it doesn't have a minibar). I had to do an early check out and the front desk reimbursed the remaining nights that I wasn't going to stay so that's awesome! The only con was that I got sick because of the breakfast but I believe it was the spices because I was the only one out of 3 people that actually got ill.

Comparing with Ibis Botafogo and Ibis Barra Funda I felt lthe Ibis Interlagos looks like dark and sad. As I stayed there for 3 different weeks I felt uncomfortable. I also would appreciate to receive food service at room, instead to go down to take it to room.
