The hotel is okey, but not great. The location was pretty good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are basic but clean. The breakfast was good. The walls are very thin and the rooms towards the street were pretty noisy. The staff was nice but not everybody speaks English.

Well located, close to Neumarkt mall and several restaurants. On other hand, there is no room service in the hotel making it mandatory for guests to go out for meals, except breakfast. The rooms are not sound proof causing significant disturbance at night due to sound from adjoining rooms. The front desk staff is amiable and supportive but they can't speak English making communication difficult for people who do not speak Portuguese. They forgot to send my clothes to laundry and I collected them back unwashed after 36 hours. There was some error in hotel system, so I could not get invoice at time check out eventhough I paid final settlement. The front desk representative Ms. Jacqlin was quite supportive and she sent out the invoice to me the same day evening. In fact, all front desk staff was quite cooperative. They were patient enough to use online translator tool as they do not know English and I can't speak Portugest. Overall, it was not a perfect stay for me.
