We are glad to know that everything we provided is lifted up to your expectations. Yet we are sorry that we missed two things; which are typing the correct one on the greetings card and also the table dinner arrangement for you on New Year’s Eve. We are sorry for our flaws and please accept our sincerest apologies for making your stay incomplete.
