thank you so much for this hotel. Very nice place to stay and I have a great experience here. I walk around the hotel and it was so beautiful. When I just walk to the restaurant, the waitress immediately smile happily, greet me nicely and seating me also make me some coffee. Would like to say thank you to Intan to accompany and service me so nice and her friends Fitri. See you in my next holiday

when i stayed at the phoenix hotel jogjakarta i was very happy and comfortable,the hotel has many aantique museums and the atmosfphere made me comfortable,for the food during breakfast,there are also various traditional drinks,the restaurant service is very good,everyone is friendly and polite,especially sis fitri and izza,thank you very much i will definutely stay again

We stayed 4 nights at the Phoenix Hotel and found it a comfortable base for exploring Yogyakarta. The standouts here are the friendly staff, lovely historic spaces and artefacts and pleasant swimming pool outlook. We had a pool view room & it is nice to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast spread is extensive, including ‘live’ egg station, fresh juices made to order, fresh fruit & every other option, both western & Asian that you could think of! Overall we liked the location, in walking distance to Malioboro Street & close to the Yogyakarta monument. To be honest, one visit to Malioboro Street is enough, but the northern extension beyond the railway line is quite pleasant & has cafes & convenience stores. We did spend quite a bit of time in taxis (Bluebird, reasonable prices) getting to the southern part of town to access a bicycle tour (shout out to ViaVia Jogja travel), restaurants and the area around the Kraton. On the other hand, the streets near the Phoenix feel more open & we discovered a pleasant cluster of street behind the Pasar Kranggan (traditional market). There are quite a few cool cafes in Jl Kranggan & Jl Pakuningratan. All in all, we would stay here again.

What amazing stay in the center of Yogyakarta. It was luxury yet traditional experience. The facility was good and the location was everything. The breakfast deserves special mention, shout out to Mbak Shinta and Mbak Shendy who nicely provide best hospitality.
