My room was horrible. Probably worst in whole hotel. Dirty, curtains never been wash, most importantly with bad bugs. I’ve been very badly bitten by bad bugs. Highlight of that visit was a restaurant and service. I must mention Liliana , she was a star. Well done.

We stayed 3 nights, we enjoyed the restaurant and the 'picnic service'. Personnel in all areas were well prepared, welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean. Position of hotel is perfect. Food was great, portions generous. Hope to return.

Once arrived, the experience was very good considering the Covid-19 constraints. The service was friendly, efficient & the covid-safety protocol gave my great confidence. The staff were excellent. However, The automatic check-out system produces the invoice too early, that is BEFORE breakfast has been taken. So after receiving an automatic invoice I was obliged to come to the reception for a corrected invoice. A minor change to your central IT system is recommended Equally, recent changes in the one-way traffic system in Lourdes rendered it very difficult to find the hotel by car. Even the car GPS systems had not been updated. I strongly recommend that a recommended route, once entering Lourdes, is sent to each new guest's reservation confirmation.

One night stay at Mecure Lourdes and my whole body was bit by bed bugs. After few days, I am still suffering from the pains and I cannot believe a huge hotel chain like Mercure has no standard in terms of extermination and hygiene. My mom and I had to rewash our entire suitcase (2 weeks worth of cloths) and we throw a lot of stuff which are not washable. I cannot believe this one night stay just ruined our entire trip of 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed.

We had three nights at the hotel and everything about it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful , the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and the food was superb. I was there for my birthday and my partner arranged for a gateau to be made for me as a surprise This was ceremoniously brought to our table after we had eaten our main course with sparklers on the top of a fresh strawberry cake. It was delicious . The central location of the hotel, where we had a view of the river from the balcony of our room, meant that exploring Lourdes by foot was easy. The fact that the hotel has its own private car park was bonus too. Lourdes is a must for any visitor whether they are religious or not. We took part in the candlelight service and procession which is held every evening at 2100, and found it profoundly moving. A visit to the shrine and churches are a must All in all a very happy three days were spent there.

The trip did not start well as on arrival we found out that we had not booked parking which is very limited at this hotel. The staff were very good and this was arranged for the following day. The parking was very limited with only 10 spaces and is very cramped. Make sure you pre-book it if required.The room was compact and not up to the standard of other Mercure hotels that we have stayed in. We did have the bonus of a Balcony.The bathroom was adequate but the shower was extremely small and unfortunately the water tap pulled towards you. This meant that it was easily knocked whilst in the shower and you ended up with either very hot or very cold water. between the three of us we had two rooms and during our stay All three of us experienced that burning sensation when showering!The Breakfast on the first morning was very good and enjoyable. However on the second day We had been joined by a large group who seemed to take priority eating in a separate room. There was no one in attendance as on the previous day! The scrambled egg was stuck to the pan and there was no coffee The following day did not improve in fact the scrambled egg was even worse. We eft before breakfast on the last day It just didn't seem worth it.Overall the hotel was comfortable for its age and it was clean and tidy. Had the food been as consistent on the second and third days they would have received a higher score. They must treat ALL their customers as important and not just the large groups!

Dear, you find me sad about your experience. About the breakfast, i think you were not in the good room. we have a special breakfast for the group and a Mercure breakfast for the families. The best way to solve this situation is to ask at the reception or the waitress about your needed. As you seen, we are here for you and do our best for clients. Hope to see you again. Lovely hotel overlooking the river and 5 mins walk to the Domain. Very nice meal in the restaurant on the night we arrived with excellent waiter. Large room with big bathroom and power shower, kettle and tea and coffee too which is not always the case in French hotels. Only problem was getting to the hotel on the first night trying to negotiate the awful complexity of the one way road systems in the town centre which gave our sat nav a nervous breakdown! Best to approach via the ring road from the north of the town and come in direct to a very big free car park. Get a map before you arrive.

Bit disappointed. Great location, bang in the middle of town but the room was very tired and needs a facelift. A shower was over the bath, great, but it had no shower curtain or screen. ?? !! Tea and coffee facilities were provided, nice, but in paper cups?.....come on.. Definitely the Ibis hotel up in the town offers far better value for money ........ Reception staff did not seem to confident/competent either....shame

Dear, Thanks for your time. I understand your advice on the bathroom door, it's why i ordered new s for end of june, so it will be change very soon. The rooms were facelift in 2015, but the style is art & deco. The cup paper for facilities in rooms are standard in Mercure, as you can see the logo on cup. I'm sorry for the screen in the bathtube but my technical man is about have a child and he is in vacancies for 14 days. I'm really sorry for your disagrement and hope that the next time you will come to me to have better stay.
