Cleanliness could have been better. Requested a room for 2 Adults 1 Child (14 years). Told my only option was to book 2 rooms, interconnecting with a queen bed in each. Accor confirmed with Ibis Budget over the phone. Upon arrival I have one room with a queen and the other with a queen and single. Therefore paid for a room I didn’t need. Ibis budget said I should have booked direct. No points were earned as the Ibis budget was independently owned. Double price and no points.
