We stayed with our family for 5 nights. The front desk staff are excellent. They were immediately concerned about sons who are practically grown sleeping in the pull out couch. They wanted to try to move us into an executive room but none were available. It was honestly ok though. Breakfast was excellent. Room was hot. A/C was none existent. They did provide a fan to us through, which helped. In the room, the toilet was totally separate from the washroom, so I wasn't a fan of that hygienically. The biggest annoyance was the card keys NEVER worked and constantly deactivated. The poor front desk had to constantly fix. Having to constantly go back downstairs to get the key reactivated made me notice that the one lift was out the entire visit. Bar closed at 10pm. No ice or water options on the floors. Did not use the pool or carpark. Lastly some guy got shanked right outside the hotel on night two...not really the hotel fault but that was interesting. Alot of homeless lying around outside the entrance as well.

We had a lovely stay here. Yassin Alina at the reception was very helpful and also got us an early check in and a very nice room. We requested a quiet room and got one on the top floor. The hotel is well located a few minutes walk from the station, shops, restaurants. The breakfast is good and there is an indoor swimming pool.
