I got very good treatment from all the Sofitel team members. The team has been helpful in resolving issues we had and fully explained concerns. The taxi that we ordered for the specific hour has not arrived - but fortunately the taxi stop is on the other side of the road so I was not late. Very nice room and bathroom and from that perspective I hope to visit Sofitel Munich again. Out of over two hundred TV channels there is no single Polish one. Impressive but in a disappointing way. I regret to see that Sofitel has a very exotic selection of channels from all over the world and at the same time, somehow, the hotel does not manage to serve the guests from the neighboring country. Besides it would be great if the room had SMART TV so I could remotely connect it to my mobile, or access Youtube and/or Netflix. -2 for these items.

Great hotel at an excellent location right next to Munich's main station that I have stayed at for years. However, basic check in and check out processes are still an outright disaster. Expect to wait 10 minutes or longer for your room card or your receipt. In all those years, they have still not fixed a process that takes no more than 1 minute at the Le Meridian across the street...

Staying at the Sofitel Bayerpost Munich since 2004, almost 20 years when in Munich. This was the second time in four months that I had to discover significant decrease in service level and professionalism in multiple occasions. Very sad.

Have stayed here several times. The location is so central to everything. Booked a jr suite with loft. So comfortable and views of Alps amazing. Service and staff impeccable. The pool and spa were excellent
