In general friendly people with a good service. Breakfast ok with specialties not only from US/ENG countries (really good scrampled eggs) but also from Thuringia (rolls, sausages). Good coffee. Our room was very nice. The furniture placed functional so it looks much more as 2 separated rooms. Plenty of room to fill with our belongings. Coffee machine is new but we prefer the simple older coffee machines without necessity of a 50-page description. The room was in the 3rd floor with outlook into green and there was only low noise inside and outside the hotel. One negative point : The user prior to us used the bath obviously extensively and not all stains were removed.

The Hotel is easy to find. The interior is a bit old fashioned, but room is clean. Also the breakfast is good. With a good variety to choose from. So, I am quite satisfied with staying here.

Easy to access the territory at night and the staff kindly explained how to enter underground parking. Parking has enough space. Hotel staff is cordial. Room was VERY spacious. Beds are comfy incl. the ones for kids. Despite air-conditioner absence (or we did not find the switch) slept well as the outdoor temperature was not high. Breakfast – one of the best comparing with other Novotels visited. Will come again.

We had a lovely spacious room. The bedroom area was separated from the lounge and bathroom by wardrobes. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast choice is excellent. Wifi was free and there was car parking outside the hotel at no extra charge.

We have enjoyed our stay and found very useful the internal car parking garage for our car with luggage inside. The garage is directly connected with a lift to the reception and to the room floors. We had dinner in the restaurant with good service and possibility to eat in the dehor which we appreciate in the beginning of July.

The location was perfect for us: free street parking outside the hotel, walking distance to the centre, quiet area, restaurants close by. The standard room that we had was a bit basic as there was no tea/coffee making facility and no safe. The room could do with more accessible sockets considering the number of gadgets people usually carry with them these days. The carpet in the room was full of stains and needs cleaning. The same goes for the upholstered bed frames. The fitness room was also quite basic and not all equipment was working. The sauna was great. Despite daily attempts the hotel did not manage to provide two working door keys so we were always with one working and the other not working.
