I come here to visit my parents over Christmas and it’s such a treat, a short stroll from the many Christmas markets, and yet quietvand restful. Lovely, super-helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast.

We stayed at the Mercure in Erfurt for a few days while visiting family. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was in easy walking distance to the main areas of Erfurt and The tram station.
