Not being told before hand that the restaurant was closed because of a coach party, and being advised there was an outside restaurant close, which is always closed on a Saturday, the couldn’t care less attitude of the reception staff. Bar staff ok, breakfast ok, room ok

Hotel OK but had to eat at McDonalds

Room and Hotel was as expected from a Mercure but what was not was being told that the restaurant was not open as they had a coach party booked. Reception said there was a restuarant over the road that was definitely open. He seemed to be the only person who didn't know it was closed on a Saturday so the only option due to the hotels location was a McDonalds. We had been given no notification that the restaurant was not available to paying guests and if we had would have chosen elsewhere. We were on motorbikes and checking in late so just wanted a bed, a decent meal and then get off early the next morning.

The hotel is clean and the personnel were friendly. The parking is in a open area and not a parking house, but it is monitored by camers. The other downside is that the hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and organizing the shuttle upfront is not easy to remember when uou have flight schedule with filling the form. I didn’t have time to do it upfront so I paid 30€ for the drop off taxi
