The Pullman “ist mein Heim in Koeln.” I stay here at least twice a year and am always pleased with the service, which was also the case this time. However, I was disappointed with the room assigned to me this time. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with the shower door broken. There was also peeling wallpaper. The glass surface on top of the bar area was chipped while there was also a noticeable gouge in the wall in the entryway. This room desperately needs refurbishment. As an Accor Platinum I usually get upgraded when I stay at your hotel. Thus, it was particularly disappointing to be assigned this shabby room. I urge you to please take this room out of commission until it’s properly refurbished. Otherwise, the usual high standards were maintained, e.g. friendly & courteous service, excellent breakfast and I always appreciate the complementary minibar. However, I cannot help but feel that I was let down by the subpar state of the room.

overall stay is ok, but perhaps i expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel. The staff (specially the breakfast staff) is not friendly, or have a prejudice on guests. The room was ok, even if not perfect - maybe because the hotel itself is old. Parking a bit too overpriced.
