very welcoming staff, so friendly and smiley, when we went to check in and was checked in so fast. great location, could not believe how close the station was, so easy to get anywhere. my favourite thing about the hotel was how they had an option instead of getting room cleaned in morning, they would donate €3 for planting trees and had facts and info about it, also on the towelk racks had info about this too, i think this is amazingg, a brilliant idea and a great thing to do. room was perfect clean and cosy, really enjoyed my stay here.

In room 408 there was high frequency continuous beep-sound. It was not so high but it disturbed our sleep. It started around 03 am and stopped 08 am. We had to use earplugs to get sleep. Fortunately we were able to change the room for the second nigh.

I stayed 2 weeks. Very kindly person and good sauna. But, there was no refrigerator in my room. i wish the breakfast menu would change a little, and i hope the room smells good please.

The room and everything was fine, except for the towels. The bath towels were too small and didn’t fell of the quality suitable for a Mercure. You need bath sheets rather than bath towels (and provide more of them).

My stay at the Mercure Wien Westbahnof was a perfectly fine stay. Staff were friendly at check in and breakfast was quite good and efficient. Rooms have everything you need but could use a bit of updating but it doesnt detract from the experience. Bar is a comfortable place to get a drink and relax after a long day.

The rooms need a revamp, bathroom are old, Breakfast needs to be revamped. The beds are VERY low to get in and out.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Decor drab and in need of a refresh. Holes in wall. Good soundproofing between inside and outside(main road). Breakfast was good with a wide range of delicious options available. I could not believe that I was in a room that still had the chipboard wallpaper!

It was not a good experience. Despite the friendly staff, the room was old and the bathroom have bad smell. And my daughter had eaten a watermelon in the breakfast, felt really bad, we said to the receptionist and they did nothing to help or support us.
