Nice hotel, some rooms overlook the impressive tier garden. A good 4 star but definitely not a 5 star experience. The basic rooms are small for a 5 star hotel and the equipment in the room is minimal (e.g. no espresso machine), no special services such as a turn down. Breakfast is good, but it takes more than a continental buffet and coffee from the automatic coffee-machine to make 5-star breakfast experience.

Enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Central city location in a quiet street near Tiergarten. Nice upgrade to the top floor with a great view over the park. Relaxed breakfast buffet with very friendly staff. Enjoyed my daily bar time at the terrace.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was very clean and we even got some balloons for our anniversary. Unfortunately we've got a twin room instead of a double but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options available . The Blend bar had really nice bar staff members which would always recommend the best snacks or wines which shows how well trained they are. The receptionist were always with a smile on their faces and ready to help, at check in they offered us a map and a few locations that we could visit through our stay. Unfortunately we did not manage to use the swimming pool as it was closed through our stay but hopefully we can come back another time and see all the facilities.

Pleasant and well trained staff with a warm welcome, well maintained rooms with all the needed furnishings. Excellent delicious breakfast. Politely but firmly enforced Covid19 measures. Cozy bar and hotel interior. Good value for the price.

Hotel was rather eerie due to lack of guests, felt a bit stressed having to choose breakfast times the day before and having to pre reserve pool times . Hotel very covid secure, clean and breakfast was fabulous. Room decor dated.

The Security was Good, Staff Well Trained and ready to help. But the Air - condition in our Room Was Not Cold Enough to meet up with the Hot Weather, and this really affect our Night Sleep. We have to Sit in the Lobby during the day. We Plan to give it a go again in the Weekend of 11th to 13th of September. This is our First Time of Staying in the Hotel by Recommedation.

Great welcome in the reception. Room was great which were also expected. Nice view from the room. great to see hand sanitizers both in the entrance and on the floor. breakfast was a bit under our expectations, the service was great, but the food didn't live up to the standard for Pullmann.

Good location by Tiergarten, fairly close to communciations of all kind. Rooms comfortable. Fixed breakfast is served at the table but is comprehensive and sideorders - bacon and eggs and so - is included. Due to corona the bar/rerstaurant has limited opening hours. With a big car you need to be careful - not to wide entrance/driveways.

It was my worst experience with Accor hotels ever. I paid for an upgrade and was put in a roo facing directly a loud construction site, I ended up being woken up at 7:05 every morning! The hotel was basically empty, so that was obviously purely intentional. Moreover, their premium WiFi did not work on any of the three laptops, but did work on phones. Bathroom door knob was falling off. Gym was open, but the info on their website said (and still does!) that it was closed. I missed three workouts because some incompetent manager failed to update the website. I am seriously considering keeping my Gold Accor status after this stay.

Booked this hotel on the basis of the list of services available on the accor.com website but most of them weren't available "due to COVID-19" even though it looked more as a cost-saving excercise ... If I had known that, I would have booked Ibis for less than half a price with the same level of service. I've been told that I've received an upgrade but I could not see it in the room plus I had a wonderful "view" on a construction site.

Stay was alright, the location of the hotel is very good. Disappointed with some issues. My original booking was for one person. My friend decided to join my trip, and we also wanted one extra night. I contacted the hotel through email prior to arrival. Every single time a different employee answered me. It took several email to get an extra breakfast / another person on the booking, and the extra night. I was given several different prices, and clearly on several occasions I was given a response from an employee, without having read the discussion that had taken already place through the previous responses. Then still at check out the final price was still wrong, missing the extra cost of breakfast for one person more, which I had to correct to the front desk myself. Though the person at the front desk at check out handled the situation well. Disappointed that the pool was not available, and this information was not available in advance. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel for me was the pool. Did not receive a room upgrade, even though I'm Accor Gold member. And the hotel clearly was not using a majority of the room capacity. I could understand not getting it due to all of them being booked, but this was clearly not the situation. Also when checking in. Pretty much regarding all standard Gold member complimentary benefits were presented to us as free compensations due to the corona situation. So basically I do not feel like I received really any of the Accor Gold member complimentary benefits, because I was definately left with the impression that these were given out to everyone staying at the hotel at the time, as compensation of the lack of amenities due to the corona situation. I think some sort of compensation would've been a proper thing to present to a loyal ALL customer, for not receiving the complimentary benefits, and the lack of available amenities during the stay. Either a reduced price or complimentary reward and status points for example. As examples the pool, the restaraunt and the room service were not available during the stay. I found out that the room service and the restaraunt were not available when trying to order some food from the room service late one evening. This info was not available in advance, nor given to us at check in either. I have stayed at Pullman Berlin before, and was quite satisfied with my previous stay last year. Which is why I chose it again. This time I can not say that the level of service was up to the standard I expect for a gold member. Any ways the location is very good, and the rooms are okay too. Positive side was that at least the gym was still open.
