Very good location, good bed and pillows. Check in nicely done and as Diamond member got the room early. Airconditioning in the room was barely working and sadly after reporting it, nothing improved. Pool facilities are good, sauna sadly under renovation. Breakfast is decent, though very crowded and the juice selection could use improvement. Dinner experience was good food wise and the cocktails were amazing, but the food order was sadly forgotten, but situation handled professionally. All in all a good stay

My experience this time was rather disappointing though as I was overcharged for the breakfast which I had agreed and paid upon check in for three days at their special package price and was overcharged an additional breakfast with the package price and another one with full price. despite my explanation and complaint upon check out the receptionist ignored me completely. (Cerafine (if I am not mistaken was the receptionist upon check in and Leo upon check out.

Great hotel in close proximity to the KADEWE, Shopping street and close to train station. Easy access to most of Berlin from the Train Station or airport.
