As a dimond member I only received the statement thank u for your loyalty nothing beyond No update claiming the hotel is 100% while online it was open My room had zero amenities for the whole stay AC and mini bar was not working and when requested to change I ended up transferring my stuff alone claiming there is no bellman to assist!!!! When you approach FO you don’t see a smile or hospitality in one to one discussion as if they are obliged to interact with you

The location is excellent, right next to the British Library, with a bus stop just outside the hotel. It is conveniently located between St Pancras and Euston stations, making it very easy to catch the Eurostar, long-distance trains, or get around London by public transport. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was also good. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

From a warm greeting by Sonia at the front desk, to a comfortable room with a splendid view of the British Library and the neighborhood thus was a great choice for us. We used both nearby train stations to explore places noth of London yet were close to very good nearby restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was so helpful. I had a reasonably good stay at Pullman Hotel. One issue were the people opposite who were constantly shouting and banging their door. It says on the room information that the doors are soundproofed, but this was not the case, so occasionally my sleep was interrupted.

Large room, spacious bathroom. Could include a microwave or other. A little disappointed with the platinum member card/gift. And no acknowledgement at check in at all.
