Our stay at the Pullman was so amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, and up-scale. The staff were all super nice, from the porter who helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for the area to the breakfast attendants who served us with smiles and well wishes for the day. Speaking of breakfast (which wasn't included for our stay), it was a bit on the pricey side, but did not disappoint in scale. There were so many options and everything was delicious! We definitely got our money's worth. Another huge plus to the Pullman is the stellar location. It was incredibly easy and convenient to walk just five minutes to King's Cross station, where we could get nearly anywhere on the Tube in about 20 minutes or less. There were also a ton of great food locations in the area for all tastes and price ranges, and even a few grocery/convenience stores just a 10-15 minute walk away. Being able to quickly walk to the British Library and the British Museum was also great; my husband and I loved strolling through the neighborhood and always felt safe, even at night. Overall, would highly recommend! The only thing we didn't like about the room was the shower design, but that's hardly unique to the Pullman. It was one of those "half a pane of glass with no door" showers that have become so popular at hotels, and which make an absolute mess no matter how careful you are not to splash. Our bathroom floor was soaked after every shower, so just be prepared to wipe down the floors or tread carefully until it dries.

Well located BUT main drop place is odd

Taxi drivers refuse to make left turn from Euston road to drop at main entrance. Hotel must do something about it ie ask council put a sign near traffic lights that left turn is allowed for Taxi & Uber to drop passengers at Hotel main entrance.

Great location, one or two niggles

Used suite upgrade vouchers which gave us a great room (I think given the state of repair of it paying full price might have made me less happy). There's some lack of clarity when you book an early checkin and are prepared to pay for it that's still subject to availability not guaranteed but I was grateful the staff sorted me out a room in the meantime after an overnight flight. The gym is great. The bed is OK but not Sofitel level of comfy. Unfortunately I was overcharged on checkout and wasn't send my folio invoice by email and am still in the process of getting that sorted out. Decent room (made better value with Accor privileges), some organisational issues. Great location.
