Room at first was not ideal but eventually moved to a much better room with bigger bathroom and better view. Comfortable bed for the most part. Love that they provide robes and slippers. Four stars! ⭐️

A next to perfect experience. The only two little things. 1) The power to the coffee machine and frig did not work. 2) The window was left open and I did not know it until getting woken up the next morning by street traffic. It is a good idea to air the room but I would be great if I got a little reminder to close it before going to bed.

Booked as part of a birthday treat weekend as it was close to Regent’s Park and didn’t disappoint! Luxurious, relaxing and just what we needed! From the moment we were welcomed at check in to the moment we checked out, we couldn’t have asked for more! Spacious, comfortable room, delicious breakfasts and dinner and very attentive staff.
