Room was dated carpet grubby as anything other areas including dining hotel not much better and very cold in other open areas. Time to update your hotel and heat it better

The rooms are getting very old and run down. The cleaners did a terrible job, they didn't wash the cups or spoons or clean out the bathroom. just made the bed and changed the towels.

The hotel is showing its age, while the room is okay, the bathroom is tired – and the bath is too shallow... get rid of it! Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.We chose the room because it was advertised as having a balcony... true, it did, however, it was 50cm and had no furniture. Parking was $50/night too. Would stay elsewhere in the future as the hotel didn't seem worth the money.

This hotel is certainly in a great location so close to the town and amenities. There are a few things that I feel could be improved, however. A compendium in the room would be handy for those of us that don't necessary do the QR Code thing. Not sure if there would be anything much we could access that way anyway. Just some information about what time breakfast started and ended and where to find it would be nice. Most hotels we have stayed at have posters in the lifts saying where to find breakfast or the bar, but there was none. Nowhere in the building was there any information about where the breakfast was held, which would have been helpful. Also, we came back from a bit of a night out and hoped to get a nightcap from the bar. It closed at 10.00pm. Surely it would be possible to offer more of a bar service for guests to partake of a nightcap at the end of an evening? The staff were helpful and friendly and we have no complaints about the service. The breakfast buffet was extensive and we were very impressed. We would certainly stay here again.
