We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Queenstown. The hotel, staff, and facilities were all excellent, and the location is simply amazing. We found the cost to be very reasonable, especially given how central and picturesque the setting is. Our room was very comfortable, with hot showers and great water pressure—always a plus! The housekeeping team did a fantastic job with daily cleaning, keeping everything spotless. The only downside during our stay was the inconsistent Wi-Fi. However, the hotel was transparent about the issue, kept guests informed, and was actively working on a solution. Other than that, our stay was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Td Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

Stayed at the Novotel for 1 night. You can't fault the location as it's central Queenstown. Close to everything and if you are lucky to get a lakeview room then it's worth it as the view is gorgeous. If you want a quieter room then request one on the other wing not near the bars/restaurants side. I didn't find the noise too bad but it will depend when you stay and the seasons. The room was spacious, clean and beds/pillows comfy. A desk which would be great for the business travellers. Highly recommend this property.

We holiday for 3 nights at the Novotel Queenstown. The room was 1st class, well appointed with a view of the mountains. Staff were very pleasant and the dining room spacious with really nice choices of food and seating locations.

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating, supplying a wheelchair for the duration of our stay after my wife broke bones in her foot. Room was a little dated but what a position, right on the waterfront. Lots of action outside, which we love. A great stay....thanks.
