We had 5 nights stay here in a lakeside room.I totally loved this room with the beautiful views over Lake Wakatipu. We had breakfast every day which was great and there’s lots of choices. There is a bar and lounge area looking down to the lake. The cocktails were delicious and there is a happy hour. You can just walk out the hotel into the centre of Queenstown. I would throughly recommend staying in this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and location is great. Room was clean and warm. But TV didn’t work and despite requests wasn’t changed. Would be nice to have had some bottled water or drinks in fridge and some biscuits or snacks available in room, even if they had to be purchased. A wrapped soap bar would also have been nice rather than or in addition to the soap dispenser.
