Overall my stay at the Novotel Monaco was ok but unfortunately my room was just under the terrace and lots of noises were disturbing my sleep both at late night and early morning. I believe that the terrace in a hotel is a nice feature but should not preclude the comfortable staying of the guest. My suggestion would be to soundproof better the room ceiling or prevent access to the terrace during sensible hours.

No water in the room. The water unit at the floor was broken and the hotel staff new it. The room is old but location is great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. In the room category you reserved, a bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Additionally, empty carafes are available in the rooms, which can be refilled at the water fountains located on each floor. On the floor where you stayed, the issue with the water fountain has now been resolved. Kind regards, Novotel Monte-Carlo
