Cancel within the terms, but they steal your money!!!

What a joke of a hotel. We booked to stay and choose the flexible rate with 24 hour cancellation. Our plans then changed, so we needed to cancel, which we did 48 hours beforehand. However, the hotel still charged us for the one night and, despite numerous emails, no one at the hotel responds. I have now escalated directly with Accor and reported the payment as fraud to my credit card company. I am so glad we never actually got to stay at this hotel, given how appalling their customer service is when they steal your money, I can only imagine how bad it would have been to have stayed there.

Overall, it is a great 1-night accommodation for a stopover in your journey and I would recommend it to anyone on one’s holiday journey. Highlights: - Location: very close to the highway - Parking: guarded at night by agent - Functional room and bathroom - Friendly staff - Nice pool (too bad it’s not open in the morning though) Here is what bothered us most: - breakfast time: it could be available until 10-10:30; it is currently available until 9:30 - Check-out until 11am; 12pm would be better

bonjour, nous vous remercions de votre commentaire toute l'équipe vous remercie. pour les horaires de petit déjeuner nous ne pouvons malheureusement en semaine faire plus tard, idem pour le check out, pensez que nous avons un protocole sanitaire à respecter et plus les gens partent tard et plus long sera le check in... nous essayons de satisfaire tout le monde et dans beaaucoup d'hotel le départ est demandé pour 10h, nous avons mis pour nous 11h. au plaisir de vous revoir

My wife and I were recently attending a family wedding just outside of Nimes, and the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and was ideally suited for our purposes as we spent very little time at the hotel. This was a pity as we were never able to avail ourselves of the swimming pool which beckoned each day in the 35+ degree heat! The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff helpful and welcoming. This was a good advert for the Ibis Budget chain.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and provide a little bar as well as small meals. This is a bonus as there are no facilities around the hotel. The hotel is a distance from Nimes and there did not appear to be any public transport, so a vehicle is essential.

Booked this hotel as it was in a good location and had pool, air conditioning and not disappointed red once we got their. Able to park the motorbike in space close to our downstairs room which was great to pass the bags through window when unpacking/packing Fairly small room but all that was required, good aircon and the pool was also very nice and all areas very clean Good breakfast choices and stocked quickly and coffee machine which was good Recommend as quiet and no problem with road noise given proximity to the toll road very impressed Meal at local windmill restaurant ok but service very very slow so wouldn't recommend
