Overall the service is good but I have to wait for 4 hours for my airport transfer and the hotel does not have a suitable place (quiet with a cup of coffee) to wait to pass that time. I'm not comfortable with changing and freshening up at the pool's bath area. Apologies for the quirk.

Over all a good experience ,very helpful staff specially Abdul. I had to get a print of RTPCR and when directed to the business area couldn't operate a particular key in the keyboard , when I approached the reception a gentleman who is most probably indonesian very rudely asked me to step away from the reception and contact the person at thebelldesk Abdul , who was extremely polite and helpful. First timer at Dubai - front desk people are sweet to extend help. Staffs like Lakhsman on bell desk are supportive. Over all staffs makes this hotel special than other Novotels. Pool Area is the best spent area.

Family had a warm reception and accorded the highest level of customer service. Close proximity of the hotel to key attraction centres was also a plus. The food and room service orders were also great with fast turnaround times.
