Room cleanliness is good but room services is worst. During my 3 days stay, everyday call reception persons to get essential kits like dental, shaving. Also if coffee ordered with milk supplied only coffee without milk & sugars. Many times I couldn't reach reception either not attended only ringing even no calls back to customer to know what they wants.

Great location, 10 mins away from many business places. The traffic is a big challenge. The staff is friendly especially the reception, but unfortunately house keeping response is very slow This is my second stay and I would stay in this hotel again. I just hope they review the house keeping situation :)
