My experience was not good Took ages to check in. Over 3 hour wait kept being told the room would be ready soon and took nearly 3 hours. We asked for anything it just took an age to arrive or had to call numerous times to get the item. Eg Iron When they missed towels Issue with television But the lady at breakfast Marium was amazing the service was very good. Am a gold member at Accor hotels and I feel I was not treated like one. I have used many Accor hotels and previous stay were much better.

I stayed here with my friends as I am a Gold member with Accor I expected much better service. Initial at check in we were left waiting for more than 2 hours with really slow service. During the stay we found all the Customer service really slow we really felt we were being completely ignored at any request we made. We asked for an iron on our room it took 4 days of asking for an iron to turn up , during room make up not to bough towels were left in our rooms. The breakfast however was very good, we were given excellent service by Marium the waitress, but the day she was not there the level of cisterns service was lacking. We also found the food in the hotel to extremely expensive whether by the pool or room service. The prices for spa were extremely expensive and the fact we had to pay for spa use separately was extremely disappointing as we had paid a premium for the service. We enjoyed our visit to Agadir but the hotel service and could have been much better.
