I stayed here for one night. I must say Sofitel Bangkok has never disappointed, the most amusing part of my stay were the amenities in the room and the Artitect of the property itself. Miss 'Gift' from the club floor was the highlight of my good memories. Her Attentiveness and suggestive selling made our dining more compelling. She is definitely going places. Staff like Gift makes the notion of service and the feeling of welcome to become tangible.

Sofitel never disappoints us. The rooms are not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean. The service at the lounge is exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Ms. Gift, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly set Sofitel apart. We can't wait to return for another fantastic experience.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels including many Accor Brand hotels and Sofitels. For me, this is one of the best! The facilities, restaurants, the service, the rooms were all exceptional! The most comfortable beds I've slept in recently, fantastic breakfast and amazing service from all of the staff. I cannot fault them. Thank you very much to everyone at Sofitel Bangkok. A special thank you to Tide in Club Milleseme for being so attentive. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences to date. I 100% recommend and will be back the next time I am in Bangkok.

Disappointed with stay

wanshaz Couples - TripAdvisor review

Upon arrival to our room, we found some rubbish from previous guests. The bellboy carrying our suitcases helped cleaning up. Next , before we went out, was planning to splash my face and was shocked to get brown water out of the tap. Was told hotel knew, but failed to warn us. 24 hours later , when coming back to the hotel, we stopped by reception to let them know. The receptionist referred to her supervisor . She did not seem either surprised or bothered. (Maybe not the first time this has happened ?). Her only comment was offering to have the room spring cleaned ? Left with more questions that came with ? We hanged our towels daily as suggested by in room tent card . Despite this , the towels were changed daily twice : one in the morning and once during turndown. What happened to your “ you make the difference program” One evening we forgot to switch the dnd sign and housekeeping rang our bell at 21.15. Isn’t that rather late? Based on perceived lack of interest of guest feedback , Did not feel necessary to mention the above issues upon check out. Great pool, thoroughly enjoyed daily Breakfast buffet was a treat every morning . Great location, but there seem to be issues with room cleanliness/ hygiene. The hotel will need to address those before we consider coming back .
