Great location however no parking available at the hotel and had to park one km away as no spaces nearby. Room was tired looking and mould visible around the window, also evidence of dust on the floor. Pillows were thin and only one each.

A very nice surprise a lot better than I expected. Except for one slightly rude receptionist so I think they should be careful with their manners at times, the hotel was just perfect. I loved the fact you can have a coffee and croissant in the morning from the hotel - sometimes that's just what you need and at a very reasonable price and I could eat it in the restaurant room too. Extremely well located too. Amazing restaurants on your doorstep, like the Greek restaurant. I will definitely come back!

Very noisy rooms, doors slamming, people running around the hallway. I had to go and complain at the reception. It seems there was a group of 40 school children staying on our floor. It is a shame that was not considered when assigning the room. We were given the option to change rooms, but this was late at night, and we had already settled down, were in bed, and didn't want to pack up everything and change at that point! The room doors, fire doors, are extremely heavy, so difficult not to slam them it seems! However, the hotel is in a great location, and despite the noise, we were able to finally sleep and enjoy our stay.

All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming from reception to house keeping. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was great. The hotel is well located. Would definitely stay again.

Fire alarm disturbance

The fire alarm went off early in the morning. There was no fire, just smoke, but the staff didn’t manage the situation well. Everyone was out of their rooms and nobody was explaining what happened or what to do. The room was okay, as expected for the budget version compared to the other Ibis options. But the breakfast was a bit disappointing (not worth it)
