Poor staff on the front desk and the breakfast is very poor compared to the IBIS next door which is also cheaper to stay at - this doesnt add up!!

No notice about changes

My last day of the stay we had to change our breakfast location having to walk outside to ibis, where I only learn about after I went downstairs in flipflops with a really short time to prepare myself for my flight. I sent my laundry in a Friday requesting express service, the laundry was never picked up by the laundry company and the hotel never told me till it was too late.

The customer guests in the lobby didn’t do a good job in giving you attention. Talking between each other and barely talking to you. All the time. The best one was the night shift guy that gave me proper attention, but the morning ladies, specially a young one looks like doing a favor. Same thing with ballet person on my leave
