No place to fill or buy drinkable water

It was a bad experience starting from the check-in that took a long time, extended to the terrible breakfast, long time to get the car from the parking and even to take the lift. This hotel is not on same standard as other mercure hotels.

Price above average, room similar to an IBIS hotel, no WIFI in the room, A/C very loud, bathroom with shower rain clogged, breakfast average. Not good at all. Disappointed that this hotel gets the Mercure brand.

Comfort of this hotel was slightly below of the mercure standard around the world, but the very disappointing matter was wifi, very weak and sometimes not working at all. Honestly for a good level hotel that´s not acceptable.

Overall good stay, however could´st god my bill with the right company address. Took 30 minutes and just got a provisory receipt and was promised to have the right bill with right address in teh same day by email! Tow days already gone and still nothing received

Hotel did not offer free beverage to Silver guest as stated in contract with Accor Fidelity program !

We had a great stay in Mercure Campinas. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the room overall was very organized. Breakfast was tasty and well served every day, but on Sunday it became too crowded. It was hard to find seats and there was no clean cutlery available. The kitchen people were overworked, as there was a lot to do and too few workers available. It was not their fault in any way, as they were very hardworking and polite all the time, it was a case where more people were needed to cater for all the serving and cleaning up. Also, it was a little frustrating that every electric outlet in the room was 220v. All our electronics and chargers worked in 110v only, so we couldn't plug them in. Besides that, it was a very pleasant experience, and we were satisfied with our stay!

First of all, this was a hotel where I stayed permanently. but in my last two trips, the quality of service has completely decreased. stay at mercure ibis quality is not for anyone who knows. cleaning is very bad. everything is called coranavirus but this is wrong. cleaning is bad elevators are closed. The reduced staff breakfast was of a very nice standard, it was also deteriorated. At least we were having a coffee and they canceled it. I wanted to talk to the manager, he didn't accept me. Therefore, I canceled my reservation. I would normally stay for 1 month. I gave up. This is not Accord quality.

Tarcisio Vieira was a great attendant, but it is not allowed to serve the welcome drink as I had on Novotel Jaragua two days ago. It will be necessary to be equal unit by unit. I desagree. Sorry, but I do not understand differente treatments hotel by hotel. I whant to think that Accor is the same instead the place or city!!!

Little disappointing

I stay at the Mercure Campinas since one year already, and it is worsening its level little by little. Breakfast is just the same, never changes, and rooms are aging. But the real worse is the internet, which simply will not let you work. Just terrible for a hotel meant for business. The only positive is the attentive staff.

rooms confortable, very good localization, near downtown and easy access to main highways, excellent breakfast. The pool in the roof is not warmed, that means it is useless for long period in the winter and there is no bar service in this roof.

Hotel with very good structure. Modern room, good and clean bathroom and nice common areas. Breakfast with a good variety. Service could be better... although that wouldn´t influence negatively my return.

Stayed for 1 night. Arrived around 10am after a 10 hour flight. Friendly welcome. Was able to check in straightaway. Room was nice. Good shower. Located 15 minutes away from a large supermarket, free zoo within 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Safe location. Slept really well. Would stay again.

Good price performance ratio, breakfast is very nice and with many choices. Staff is very attentious to our needs. Good selection of craft beers at the bar. Shower is excellent and I believe the location is very convenient.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel and was not very impressed. The hotel itself is of the same standard as other Mercure hotels, perhaps a bit smaller. It has a nice swimming pool at the rooftop terrace with nice views of the area.Just a shame about the service. We had lunch and ordered room service in the evening and we were both appalled at the poor and slow service we received. At lunch, we had to repeatedly ask the waiters to come to our table to take our orders, which took nearly 10 minutes. We ordered fries and it took nearly 25mins to arrive to our table. Our mains took nearly 45mins, which I believe is quite unacceptable. Our salmon was so tasteless and dry because the chef cooked it for too long.In the evening, we ordered pizza and dessert and it took just over 1 hour to be delivered to our room! Well, I have been to other Mercure hotels and regardless of the food you order, it never takes more than 30mins for it to be delivered. I would stay here for the hotel and room quality but would eat somewhere else.
