The app didn't work properly for the booking. Due to that, I needed to pay a higher rate for the first night at check in. The loyalty program didn't work (the front desk has not offered me the welcome drink). Shampoo was missing and even after I alerted the front desk nothing was done about it. The saunas were on repair and no one told me about it at check in or offered me any compensation about it.

rooms comfortable but lacking small details available in other mercures (kettle, slippers, tissues), swimming pool insignificant. Despite being very kind and making lots of efforts, 90% of the personnel is unable to speak English, which is almost incredible. The breakfast is good and there's nothing wrong to say about it, but for dinner it was incredibly slow, many dishes were simply unavaible (what no hamburger? In what country is an Accor hotel unable to serve a hamberger?)
