I will never stay at Accor hotels again. We paid a lot to stay in a completely outdated room, with a moldy air conditioner, a bathroom with broken fixtures, and dirt everywhere. It was absolutely terrible, and we couldn't find another hotel in the city to move to, so we were forced to stay in this awful place. I will never stay at Accor hotels again

Hotel room furniture was full of stains, shower had grey tinge (moldy) and needed to be properly cleaned with bleach, toilet stopped up. The breakfast was good, however the hotel decor and room cleanliness needs work.

The room was spacious and well designed for comfort, but had a few issues. First, it is a good idea to have a work desk, but the chair height was too low to allow working comfortably. I had to augment it by sitting on two of the pillows. Please consider replacing the chairs with office chairs having an adjustable seat height. Two things could be improved in the bathroom (Room 1261). First, the water temperature of the shower could be described as lukewarm. And this is regardless if I showered at 05:30 or later, after many had taken their morning showers. It would be really nice if the temperature was higher. Also, after flushing the toilet, it made a loud shuddering sound when refilling the tank. I did not report it because I found a way to flush without draining the tank. It should be looked at. The breakfast was good and had a good selection of breakfast choices. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but my check-in was not optimal because my name did not appear on the list of reservations. The clerk at the reception desk looked but could not find it. It took several minutes to agree to give me a room first, and then resolve the problem later. I was an invited speaker at a scientific congress in town, and the room was booked and paid for by the hosting organization. Apparently the hotel employees had been trained by the agency supporting the congress on how to access the list, but at the last minute they had been switched for employees that had not received this training. In the future, this should be considered and lead to a seamless check-in.
