They charged me twice for the same service. I have tried since September 2022 to get this issue solved. They didn’t care if you are a Gold ALL member and the customer is not a priority. It’s incredible how they started to argue with you at check out that you didn’t have paid for the services and push you to pay again. Please take care ! Have you your receipts before the check out.

This hotel does what it does well for the low cost. It is in a good location in a safe area of town. A rocky beach (not for swimming) is right outside, and although the rooms don't directly look out to sea, it was nice to be able to hear the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful and although many speak some English, it is useful to be able to speak a little Portuguese . Breakfast was good, but dinner less so - on the night I ate in the restaurant the buffet wasn't on, and I suspect this would be better than ordering off the menu. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Overall no complaints for the cost.

Maintenance in bedroom furniture and bathroom

Although I had previously stayed in this hotel, I think you have to check to maintain the furnitureon the room (672 or in others too) where it looks worn. I believe you are already engaged in this task. But overall the service from the staff is very welcoming.

Reception very bad people thick if social traquejo. It actually did not change anything the last time I was there. Being a Clitor of the ACCOR does not mean anything the Vouche of drinks turned glass of water. This I buy, in fact would be obligatory guase offer for free, without cost. Too bad..

The front office staff especially Felipe speaks good English and is very helpful but the bathroom at least in my room was impractical... You couldn´t sit on the commode because there was no room for your left leg.... you had sit sideways... and while I was trying to take a shower, the heavy glass door came off and I had to fix it... I shouldn´t have to do that....
