Buy Mercure, but take Ibis

I made this reservation and got an Ibis service. Mercure reception and restaurant was closed. I had to check-in at Ibis, walk to Mercure to my room and then get back to Ibis to have a very basic breakfast. Nothing was saying that Varanda's Restaurant was closed. Not even today if I reach its website. When complaining the answer I got was "this is a lower price, YOU, GUEST, are supposed to know that something from hotel service was lowered. I considered the lower price just because of the pandemic situation and because hotel was almost empty. But no, the receptionist, contact center and SAC insisted that I am the "guilty" not to know that I was paying for a pretty basic service. Not expecting to come back when visiting Brazil again and also not considering to use Accor network anymore. Thanks for blaming your customer. Take this money and miss a customer.

Good Stay, but the kitchen does not work on sundays (Lunch)

Very good Stay... but the kitchen should works on sunday morning (lunch)... It's a little weird, but I have to order outside the hotel, because they don't work (or order a Microwave sandwich in the bar).

Paid for Mercury had IBIS service.

Ac was not working, front desk not picking up the phone. When I decided to walk down there. I was informed that ac was not operating due to low occupancy. Breakfast was not up to Mercury standards in fact had it at IBIS restaurant. Very disappointing.

I have stayed 2 nights at the Hotel incl. breakfast and dinner. The mattress was very hard and there was constant noise in my room, which did affect my rest at night. Dinner and breakfast was ok.

The stay was very good and comfortable. I especially liked the breakfast and dinner on offer. However, I thought that the beer prices were a little bit high compared to other locations.

Everything was very tidy and clean, comfortable bed, good "office" space in the room if you need to work there. Good breakfast, the service was also very good and the hotel is in a great location.

It would be better to have access to an iron in my room (I did not like having to tLe all my clothes to the fourth floor for ironing) It was also unique to me that there were not wash clothes available in the room, there were just hand and bath towels.
