The hotel is within IBIS brand expectations. The location is ok , not too far from the Center. Breakfast is slightly overpriced for what it offers, from my perspective. The day staff was very good and attentive, cannot say the same about the evening staff which was a more layback, rushy and dismissive.

Enjoyed my stay but was disappointed there was no hot drinks facility through the night

Few mins walk from metro making getting into centre convenient being outside central area. Is it in an industrial estate so not much going on in the area. We had a problem with our window which wasn't seen to until after 12am when a phone call came when we were asleep. We asked to be sorted then next day and it wasn't so we're left with an open window for half our stay.

We are extremely satisfied with the service, room and atmosphere of the hotel :) The location is a 3 3-minute walk from Isolatorweg station, which is just one metro station from Sloterdijk, where the Flix bus stops. Very easy to get to.
