Small room, but enough for a few days. Shower lacks thermostatic tap, so sometimes cold or very hot water. Too loud music during breakfast. Please no music at all at breakfast time.

The hotel is perfect for what you pay for, clean room, modern and all necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable and although our room was situation on the main road the traffic never bothered us as the room was quite noise proof. Although I would of appreciated if there was a small hairdryer on the wall or something simple. The shower was also very powerful and satisfying. There was a smart tv also in the room but it was unable to connect to the hotels wifi therefore we couldn’t login to our Netflix account which was annoying because all the channels were in French, we did ask the reception but they said it was impossible. I don’t understand why there is a smart tv in the room if it can’t connect to the internet. We had breakfast in the hotel it was very nice for the price and the common areas are well lit modern and very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly booking taxis for us but do need to improve there English as they had a lot of trouble communicating with guests. Also please beware of the location of this hotel. Although the hotel is fantastic the area is dangerous and I didn’t feel compatible walking around it outside which led to paying for alot of taxis and definitely would avoid walking around the streets in the evening time. Overall it was a nice stay.

I booked to stay here for 3 nights. I had already fast-tracked my check in online and was assured that my key card and room will be ready and waiting at the desk for me. I got to the hotel and waited 20 minutes to check in and had to go through the check in process again at the desk, making the online process I had done earlier irrelevant anyway. The man at reception initially greeted me and then continued to be preoccupied with other things while I waited to be checked in. This wasn’t a welcoming impression. I was also then told that there was no air conditioning as the system had broken, but was assured there were technicians working to resolve the issue. There was, however, aircon at reception without fail. During our whole 3 night stay, we had to attempt to sleep in 30 degrees plus nights with no air circulation, fan or air conditioning. It definitely made the stay uncomfortable.

We booked this hotel as it was near the Stade de France and we were attending a concert there. It was a relatively short walk from the Metro station to the hotel, albeit through a LOT of construction. The Stade was a 30-minute walk away. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that the air-conditioning was NOT functioning - there was currently a heat wave in France, with temperatures well into the 30s. I asked for a discount and they only offered 5% off. There was no air throughout our 24-hour stay. During breakfast the next morning, they kept running out of breakfast items, as well as clean dishes. Breakfast was not included, we had to pay 10euros per person. There should have been clean dishes and plenty of food. The whole time we sat having breakfast, clean coffee mugs had run out and people were taking coffee in cereal bowls. This lasted well over 20 minutes with no clean mugs. When clean mugs finally arrived, they only brought out a handful - clearly not enough for all the guests. Overall, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. But the service was deplorable.
