Our family of 4 booked two rooms. One was very satisfactory, given the price. In the other, I found a hair (not one of ours) in the bed and there was a horrible smell in the toilet that made me gag. The garage was unavailable due to construction work and we had to park our car somewhere on the streets. The area around the hotel felt unsafe. Compliments to the young gentleman at the reception desk for being friendly and effective at 2 AM.

Small but convenient

Stayed with my 2 kids for 3 nights. Room is very small but convenient. Wifi was not good at all. Only 2 towels. Everything was clean. I was a little concerned about security as anyone could enter in the hotel and go to different floors.

Initially chosen because < 3km away from business destination and available public transport right next to it. The stay was satisfactory, personnel was very welcoming and explained in detail the protocol to follow considering the current COVID crisis. Nothing to add about the room itself. Free WiFi (although shaky at times) is a definite plus. Breakfast was provided without issue. However the access to the parking was somewhat difficult considering the only way to the basement parking within the building is via an elevator (no stairs to basement available for the clients) that ended up out of service around the end of my stay, meaning we had to go outside of the building and carry our luggage around the building and down the basement parking on departure day. Still a positive experience overall.

Lack of hot water in the hotel. Cold shower on Winter. Elevator too noisy all night, it was impossible to sleep well. Too far from city center. 1 hour walking and 20 minutes from metro station. I asked for a refund after one night because it was a nightmare for that price and lack of basic services.

Not our favourite Ibis hotel. Parking very limited for higher vehicles and staff not overly friendly. When we visited they were building out the back and the sound of this plus traffic noise was annoying. Room very small and utilitarian.

I stayed there for ten days while working at the university nearby. For visiting the city center, it is not a very good location, but not difficult to reach combining bus, metro and/or tram. The room was large and had a large table, thus I could work well in the evenings and in the weekends. Reception was nice to allow me to use a desk of the restaurant for working more confortably there. Cleaning was efficient. Breakfast was simple but good and had a reasonable price. The only problem was that the elevators stopped for some time in a Saturday and the receptionist suggested me to use the stairs instead of trying to solve the problem (but I waited some minutes and something else made the elevator to work).
