We are pleased that you appreciated the friendly welcome at check-in, our competitive rates and free parking, as well as the assistance provided by our reception team when you requested a hairdryer. As you mentioned, our rooms follow the ibis Budget concept and are designed to be compact and functional. Regarding the upper bunk bed, the necessary bedding is provided in the room, but the bed itself is not made by our housekeeping team, in accordance with ibis Budget policy. Your suggestion to make this information clearer in the room description before booking is very relevant, and we appreciate your feedback. Our rooms are accessed using a personal access code rather than a traditional key or key card. This system is part of the hotel's access procedure and allows guests to enter their room without having to keep a physical key or card during their stay. We have also taken careful note of your comments regarding ventilation and humidity in the bathroom and room, particularly your very understandable concern about leaving a ground-floor window open while away. We are sorry for the discomfort caused and will pass your feedback on so that the ventilation can receive the necessary attention. Thank you again for your balanced and constructive comments. I slipped in the shower and hurt my back. The women called the 15 and a docter came. I hope they Will put a shower mat in the showerroom to avoid standing on a slippery Floor and another person will hurt himself
