The building is poorly maintained (spills on the walls, roof hole in the elevator are, second floor, dirty windows). No mini-bar in the room, the barman at the bar tried to sell me something else than what I asked and paid for, no excuses when I requested to see the bottle and he was unable to show. He was actually annoyed by such request. Excuse us for bothering you, we promise it will not happen again! Breakfast was average. Except for the barman, the rest of the personnel was pleasant.

Overall a great experience. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Most especially, Sacha at the front desk (reception) was the absolute best! He consistently went out of his way to make sure everything was right and genuinely cared about me. He should be promoted into a position of greater responsibility and given a large pay increase.
