Novotel Suites Paris Nord 18ème 4 yıldız

The hotel is nice and the suit was specious for our family, however, the location is extremely bad, and dangerous, full of homeless people, criminals and drug addicts, to an extent that even Uber drivers used to lock their cars and close their windows as soon as they reach near the hotel.

I have no idea how this hotel was rated as a 4 star, but it is absolutely not. Surrounding area is very dirty, panhandling is overwhelming outside the hotel. The homeless shelter occupants nearby are very present and we had to walk past individuals smoking crack cocaine, just to get to the metro station. Despite my efforts to switch hotels, I was unable to without losing money. It's far from everything and takes about a 30-45 minute mult-train metro ride to get to the city center. I do not typically leave reviews but I had to with this one. Please be advised, this hotel is more akin to an American hourly motel than a four star anything!! Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. People had to shuffle down the stairs. We had to buy fans because it was so hot in the room. Just awful. The whole experience was awful. Luckily, we stayed out of the room site seeing most of the day but hated to even go back there each night

Stayed here for 3 nights as easy access (30mins walk) to Stade du France. Metro/Tram into Paris is only a few mins walk but those few mins are some of the worst I’ve experienced - especially in the evening. The place is next to the Periphique and the walk entails dodging the bridge dwellers and their pavement toilet/drug dealing/fighting/intimidation etc. Not the hotels fault but there no alternative route and not somewhere you want to be walking with kids at night (and the hotel’s core appeal is to families. The situation may improve in 2024 when the adjacent arena is finished and road layout is changed but for me I would return if wanting to do Paris but for a single night for an event at Stade du France it’s fine. Also not the easiest from the airport - direct taxi at €60 or nearly 90mins by public transport with changes and the hotel reception staff not of the normal Novotel standard

Hotel Air Conditioner is not working and Hotel Staff is saying to open window and Sleep Now thats great Sleep in a Hotel with open windows And no Manager or Duty responsible person here to attend the problem

The area around the hotel is terrible and very unsafe. The hotel staff were unhelpful and rude. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. Hotel location also quite far from the centre with absolutely no amenities around like a shop or a cafe Train station near the hotel is unsafe at night and quite uncomfortable to traverse even in the day All in all, very bad experience. Please avoid
