Novotel Suites Paris Nord 18ème Hotel 4 stars

The receptionist were not helpful at all they gave the room which already occupied room is full of smoke and dust after telling them they gave the new room but receptionist were not even sorry about it

we arrived at the hotel at 9am and found out that check in was not till 2pm but the very kind receptionist allowed us to get to our rooms there and then. the room itself was exceptional, was given an electric heater upon request. the only downside would have to be the area which it is based in as nighttime wanders around paris were impossible but this is not the hotels fault :)

This Novotel is not the same as others Rooms were clean and beds we’re comfortable but the location is quite dangerous and not safe to travel at night. Breakfast area is too small and have to wait for others to finish before seats become available

We had two great rooms for my family and I appreciated the front desk’ assistance in giving us a side by side room.. However, due to some circumstances our stay was cut short as we need to fly back a day before our check out. I requested for breakfast (for adults) refund upon check out and was told that the request will be answered by the manager the next day, but until now, no reply has been received.

The hotel is located in a dangerous place which is completely surrounded by homeless people and filthy neighborhood. We were returning from the bus stop and got mobbed and requested the hotel to change our locations and the manager and frontdesk people didn't even seem to care and thought it is so natural to get mobbed there. We left the place after one night. We booked for 4 nights but no refund or transfer to other Novotel hotels inspite of agreeing to pay the price difference.

Great room, courteous staff. Cigarette smoke coming through air conditioning was sorted out promptly. Fire alarm at 5:30am was not explained nor commented on. Paper cups for tea/coffee are not environmentally friendly nor pleasant to use: we had to buy our own cups. Please think of the environment and stop using throw away cups.

I am a Silver customer at Accor and I have chosen with great confidence this hotel especially for the reputation of Novotel and based on the experiences I had in previous trips and where the Novotel hotels were a pleasant experience permanently. I had planned to stay 5 days in this area of ​​Paris and I chose this hotel. At this hotel, however, there are many points to improve, namely: - urgent improvement is needed especially for the area around the hotel, where there is very mess and with many people from the streets everywhere - the reception and reinforcement area in the hotel must be urgently improved, better illuminated and redefined as the reception area - I have noticed cleaning problems, staff at reception poorly trained and forces poorly trained (the smile of welcome is completely missing) - the fitness room is very small, the available equipment is low, the cleaning in the room and the equipment is not OK, insufficient lighting - the restaurant is missing, and the breakfast area is very small compared to the number of tourists who come to the hotel - I say that this area must be renovated (furniture changed) - Expensive parking for personal cars As good points of this experience at this hotel I can list: - large rooms, furniture and linen very well maintained - the cleaning in the rooms is very well done - the TV is a very good one and in size well proportioned to the camera

the location of the hotel was not the thing that I have expected. room was not cleaned properly (sheets did not change and floor was not vacuumed) . bathroom was neat and big which I like. there was not a slipper to use and no glass or a simple plate to use! the bed was not comfortable. we used the baby bed and it was not clean at all!

The stay was very good and easy the only thing I was disappointed with was the area had I know it was were all the refugees were I probably wouldn’t have stayed however the hotel was very nice and there for I was extremely satisfied with the hotel itself very clean and lovely staff were very polite and friendly any trouble and our key card stopped working went down to reception and it was fixed within minutes very helpful staff

Was a lovely stay away was no problems and the room was so clean and shower was amazing

Never gonna be back again. Toilet tiny room smelled like dried piss, similar to the metro stations and many other places in Paris. I guess it's the flavor of Paris...

Very bad location. Very poor reception and very poor brackets presentations, I will rate this hotel . Only .(1) star maybe . Very disappointing hotel .

The hotel staff were great, the facilities very good, the neighbourhood a nightmare
