Yes the carpet is tired but the rooms are clean, spacious and well- equipped. The fridge, watercolour and microwave make small meal prep easy. We housed a family of 5 in 2 rooms that cost the same as 1 room at other Hannover hotels.

You call yourself Novotel Suites, but do not offer a suite. Instead I got an old worn room with stained carpet, bathrooms from Ibis Hotel 20 years ago, one bottle of water, no robe, no slippers, no hotel bar

The hotel room was super spacy and clean although it was a bit old. The service at the reception was much better and kind than expected. (my daughter got a soft toy as a welcome gift!) I really appreciate their warm welcome and service during my stay.
