I’m vary disappointed with the breakfast without Bacon and the girl from reception was a little bit cold like don’t care was not warm someone need to remember her guests need to pay are not free service

We had booked 3 rooms to stay during a fair at the Messe. Hotel being almost across from the Hauptbahnof, it was easy to get back and forth from Messe using train/metro. Rooms are large. Everything works. The table in my room had some permanent food stains from previous occupants, other than that, everything was clean. The housekeeping staff does a good job. Breakfast is very nice. Good spread. For the size of the hotel, the breakfast area may be a little small - it can get crowded during peak breakfast hours. Staff at front desk, breakfast area, etc were helpful and pleasant.
