Great family room, with comfirtable beds. Super clean and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very rich, lots if varierty (even vegan choices).

Was welcomed with “Do something for the environment – skip the cleaning and receive 100 points”. What a joke, should be at least 1000 points. Despite Gold status did not receive an upgrade and there was not even a water bottle in the room. There was only 1 small pillow on each bed. Room was basic, like an Ibis. And there was not even a working desk although I informed them before that I would have a video conference call. For that high price was clearly expecting more. Breakfast was nice but very crowded.
