Good location and good service plus front desk wonderful support Ana and Corolime does excellent work for helps. Next time I will stay this hotel also. Around this hotel is famous Ave which is is easy to find restaurants and shopping center.

Good location of the hotel

I had chosen this hotel at short notice due to a change of travel plans. Unfortunately the experience wasn't the best. There is construction going which wasn't mentioned on the website while booking the hotel. The check-in process was very unfriendly and when I asked to charge a different credit card I was told that everything was completed already and no changes could be made. Only after insisting the check-on clerk reluctantly made the change and let me feel that she was unhappy that I have caused her extra work. It was a very unwelcoming exprience I have never experienced in any Accor hotel.

I was surprised to learn the hotel was under renovation. I wonder if this detail was offered on the site during the booking process. I have asthma, and this situation has caused distress in my respiratory capacity. I understand the renovations when concluded will make the service even better. However, transparency about such conditions is, in my opinion, a courtesy to be considered.

We were not asked to pay for breakfast in advance. Instead, we had to pay every morning when we entered the dining room, at a higher rate.

Regarding your comment, the Ibis brand standard provides a desk with a chair, but if you need an extra chair in the room, just ask our staff, who will be happy to provide it. As for breakfast, as your booking was made without the service included, it is charged separately at the time of consumption, with the amount depending on daily consumption. Regarding early check-in, our policy states that check-in is available from 12 noon, and the early check-in service is subject to availability and, when offered, has an additional cost, as is the case in other hotels. I have a great time at the IBIS PAULISTA. The property is being remodeled and looks great. Employees are helpful and friendly. Victor at the front desk was very welcoming at the check in. The only reason why I don’t give a 9 or 10 it’s due to the bathroom cleanliness. It’s TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for an IBIS Hotel. It does not go with the rest of the room and the property in general. Also, the breakfast room needs more attention regarding the cleanliness. I had breakfast twice only . The first time I had to try different tables to sit down because they were available but dirty. I would like to mention that in a corner of the room there were 3 employees holding a loud conversation and laughing (having a good time) while there were tables that needed to be clean. The chairs aren’t proper dusted. On the way out the room, the floor needed to be mopped.
