Affordable hotel great location. Staff friendly. Some guests noisy the Friday night we stayed but won’t blame hotel for that. Reception closes at 10pm but they have someone to call if need assistance

As I stayed here and pulled the sheets back there was a used Condom in the bed that the cleaners didn’t pick up on and manager refused to believe it and refund me

Stayed here overnight before my husband's surgery. The room was clean and comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were fantastic and even allowed up to keep our car there while we were at the hospital so we didn't have to pay for parking. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Sydney.

A stolen item and just crazy loud ruff guests with no staff or security to control it.

100% left a beautiful woollen jacket behind in our room. Room services stated never found. I 100% left it there and now staff member has a lovely warm jacket. Never would I accuse anyone of this but unfortunately I’m 100% certain. Wish I didn’t get cold at night, wore the jacket and left it on the top bunk. On a side note loud music all night made by guests and then screaming by other guests to stop the music. Heard loud fighting, music and banging within Ibis from 11pm- 1am. It was noisy most of the night with people coming and going. Seems at this hotel people are aloud to just run a muck with zero control, no staff to manage it at night. If ever there is a guest who has bad intentions there is no staff or security to control it. As a guests you would be alone with this possible dangerous issue. Not worth the cheap price, go spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer. Felt like I was staying in housing commission!
