Can’t fault room, really clean. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels as not had 1, had to wait till next day. Staff don’t really smile a lot though

Wszystkie prośby zostały natychmiastowo spełnione przez przemiłą obsługę. Np. dodatkowa pościel, lunch box przed zawodami zamiast śniadania z racji wczesnej godziny.

Pan Dyrektor na moją prośbę przyspieszył godzinę otwarcia bufetu ze śniadaniem na 6.00 ze względu na potrzeby sportowców... Dodatkowo bufet był w pełni zaopatrzony. Wielkie podziękowania za zrozumienie, otwartość i ludzkie podejście do gości dla Pana dyrektora i personelu.
