DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL JUST GO FOR SOME PLACE ELSE THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPREPARED. I HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRYING TO SOLVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM AND NOBODY AND I SAY IT AGAIN NOBODY SOLVED MY PROBLEM, TO BE PRECISE THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND I NEEDED TO WAY FOR THEIR MILLINES TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PEOPLE, IF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS WHAT YOU NEED RUN BUT RUN FAST! THESE PEOPLE AS NASTY.

Efficient check in and comfy rooms. Connecting rooms were supplied as requested. Secure car parking. Great location with just a 15 min walk to centre of the old town.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was very cold in the room, I had to sleep in a sweater. The bed linen was stained.

Good location for a hotel, quick walk into town. However there was building work that was going on all day in the room above, very loud banging, music and drilling waking us up from 7am and continuing until 5pm. No chance of a lie in or relax in the room. There was no body wash in the shower either, bottle was completely empty. We did ask about the building work but were told the only rooms available were on the floor we were on and building was above.
